USES:

The Riddling Machine has the capability to riddling the champagne bottles the same rate as would be done by hand. But Riddling Machine out does the hand riddling method in the consistency, production and cost areas. Also the Riddling Machine can produce up to 4000 to 4600 bottles every 10 days.

1. 1.All construction parts are constructed of rectangular tubing, channel, and angle steel shapes.

2. 2.All moving parts are supported by bearings.

3. 3.All riddling machine parts are painted with two coats, one primer one finish.

4. 4.The machine has two motor driven, by gear, boxes with a 11/2 hp. rating for tilting position and a 11/2 hp. rating for the rotating movement.  

5. 5.The machine also has a Allen Bradley programmable computer that  could step through the custom program of your choice.
